Application:
Chemical reagent, high boiling point solvent, used as nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, chlorinated rubber and PVC main plasticizer, also commonly used as a solvent for paints, adhesives and inks, defoamer, anti-static agent, dyes and printing and dyeing auxiliaries. It is also used as heat exchange medium, additives for construction materials, and pressure-resistant and anti-wear agent for lubricating oil. Used as flame retardant for aircraft hydraulic oil and solvent for extraction and purification of rare earth elements, defoamer for petroleum casing well cement, anti-air entrapment additive for coatings and floor finishes, solvent for nuclear fuel processing, carrier for fluorescent dyes. Extractant for wet process phosphoric acid purification.
